Pros

Colleagues are friendly, hard working and intelligent.

Cons

Too much overtime required to meet their expectations and stressful deadlines, too many checklists or tracking tasks instead of resolving real issues. Management lacks the awareness of what the real problems are or how to resolve them. The company is growing, but it seems to lack the necessary structure and organized efficiency that's needed for such rapid growth. The company's or management's goals or objectives do not allow for a work-life balance for the employees.
