Pros

Decent health benefits. Reputation is strong among industry.

Cons

Isolation from majority of employees due to satellite offices. Not provided with the appropriate amount of staff to perform job properly. No higher education reimbursement. 401K matching is substandard compared to most firms.

-Highly Competent and Supportive Management -Competitive Salary -Constantly Challenged -A team that has a sense of humor and is willing to help other co-workers as needed

Cons

- Some long hours may be required - The group of properties you are responsible can change frequently due to the nature of the business - Some of the personnel that you have to support (property managers, etc) are not always the "best of the best"
