Pros

Came in with no experience and was able to receive knowledge on how to use Adobe products

Cons

The office may seem friendly but they have their favorites and office politics runs high. They can stagnant someone's growth if they don't like them. Alot of things are discussed behind closed doors and you never know if you're going to get fired or not.

Pros

Culture in the smaller offices is good, people are very tight-knit. Not so much in the bigger offices.

Cons

Everything was slowly getting worse as I left the company... management, IT, growth was stagnant, wages were stagnant. Even other long term employees were considering leaving.
