Pros

They have some good health incentive programs.

Cons

Very poor management, especially in the Denver market. I've heard the Texas offices are great but somehow other states are run differently and the moral compass is not good. Poor management, bad work environment.

Great culture and collobrative environment within the office. Private firm allows for more fluid approach to operations.

Cons

Smaller firms makes for tougher approach in relation to other bigger firms.
