      We do have an extensive training program for most of our positions, but it sounds like you must have been in a position that does not yet have one in place. We are working to complete a training program for all positions in the near future!

      The work was great and challenging!

      Cons

      Horrible management by a group of women who are not good leaders. It's a case of promotion due to tenure. Clique-ish environment. Unfairness. Nepotism. A controller who sits in her office all day and has no clue what is going on with her employees. Not enough employees and managers to handle workload creates stress with managers. No complete training.
