      Pros

      Transwestern Experience is a great way to meet others besides your property. Has many locations should you move.

      Cons

      This property in particular has no structure nor good communication. No structure and learning curve for growth is limited. Very select few in management takes initiative to lead the team.

      Pros

      Experience of the property management world. Met some great people (tenants) and some employees that werent in management. Resume builder.

      Cons

      Management was never friendly, they always changed how they wanted things done and acted like it was administration mistake no knowledge of the actual administrative position. Administrative over worked underpaid and treated like slaves. Reached out to hr (about multiple issues) nothing was done. No job security. Using old methods of running the office when they are clearly faster and more efficient ways of things. For example technology, use it!
