Pros

Nice managers, nice coworkers, plenty of help when you need it.

Cons

Micro managing like you would not believe. They watch and listen to everything you do even when you're on break on or lunch. The system can STILL hear what's happening in your house! 3 years ago this was very much still a family feel. You mattered. What was going on in your life mattered. Then we got a new phone system and now they harass us CONSTANTLY for every unaccounted for second. It's all about the numbers and no longer about the level of customer service. Hurry, hurry, hurry. It's a disorganized mess. I used to love my job. Now I'm looking elsewhere. We have lost a lot of good agents recently over this new phone system. It's really disappointing.

Pros

Travel Incorporated provides quality training, and will continue to give you guidance as you navigate your career. The management is involved, and attentive to each employee. You become close to your coworkers, and reaching out for help is never a bad thing.

Cons

None. I have nothing but positive things to say about Travel Incorporated.
