      Pros

      It's crazy how much of a difference having a solid team behind you does. Ive worked for other call centers and nothing compares to my current team. They make the busy times more fun and the stressful times more of a funny story to talk about when it's over. And we switched to a newer system which has been cool to get to see how it works and honestly makes my life easier. My supervisor is great and I feel like I can go to her when I don't understand something and they don't make me feel dumb for needing extra guidance.

      Cons

      I don't really have any, it's a pretty decent place to work.

      Asks too much for the pay

      friendly team, good benefits as far as being a travel agent

      Cons

      Too much work for too little pay. You’ll make 40,000 and that won’t change. What they ask of their employees is probably worth $80,000 a year. You are constantly working for 10 hours a day with basically no break

      Pros

      I appreciate my group and leaders. One of the the best things is knowing I can go to my supervisor, manager, or even director with concerns, and they will actually listen. Even if a change can't be made right away, they take the time to explain why, which helps me understand the decision. In the past couple of years, we have had new technology which to me helped improved our performance. I have seen comments about micro managing, but for me this has been great! Before, it was frustrating to see some people take long breaks, show up late, or not complete their work, while others had to pick up the slack. I'm excited that everyone is being held to the same standard so everyone is carrying their fare share of the workload. The benefits have also improve since covid with new benefits added. This has been super helpful!

      No company is pefecr, but I really like how the company looks for ways to get better and listen to the employees
