Pros

Founding members are still involved in making the organization a success. Technology is STELLER! Most TMCs outsource however TI developers have the vision to create from the ground up!

Cons

Contact Center Environment. Big Brother is watching! New Senior Leadership whose vision does not align with Middle Management. You know who you are.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very proud of our in-house technology team and how they are able to continue building innovative, ground-up solutions - something that sets us apart in the industry. It is important to clarify that the Contact Center is the core of TI and the nature of the role itself. Labeling this as a "con" seems to reflect a misunderstanding of the position's fundamental responsibilities. While we recognize that quality performance metrics may not resonate with everyone, it plays a critical role in ensuring consistent, high-quality service that our clients deserve and expect. Thank you for your perspective and we wish you the best.

Pros

New regime inherited fantastic people. WFH

Cons

Lots of big business accounts lost. Constant firing of good, productive people. No privacy, All activities, are recorded and monitored. If you take a Dr. appt phone call in your home office, on your break it can be heard. You will hear in back-alley conversations, how great the company 'used' to be. The environment has become a dystopian, eat-their-own, culture with no outward communication to the masses. Managers are good. Direction from the head (which bleeds down) is horrendous. Training is terrible for what you have to do. Turnover reflects the job. Avoid at all costs for your peace of mind.

It's clear that you were personally dissatisfied, and we're very sorry to see your comments. However, this review doesn't align with the direction or culture we're building. One thing we DO agree with is that we have a fantastic team at all levels and departments. Our associates have - and continue to be - the foundation for our success. We continue to build a variety of new communication and feedback channels including numerous written communications and recently-implemented Roundtables which give associates a chance to learn about the company and interact with each other. A survey is a great idea - so great, in fact, that we already conducted a company-wide associate survey in Q1! We are actively working to obtain more feedback through focus groups, and leadership in each department is implementing improvements and action items related to the survey feedback. We remain committed to supporting our associates and continuously improving to deliver service excellence to our clients. While we disagree with your assessment, we believe that your comments were made with good intent and wish you the very best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Work from home, great support from supervisors and others. They coach you in a good way because they want you to succeed and be the best at what you do. This company really cares about their clients and truly wants to give them the best experience every time they call. They are very good to their employees. They work with you with schedule changes and make you feel like part of a family

Cons

The only really con is that they keep you with the title of trainee for I don’t know how long. I’ve been there over a year and still carry “trainee” at the end of Travel Consultant.
