      None. Don't work here. Don't do it.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Mandatory over time. Poor communication between departments and even within each team. Even if goals are exceeded it's not enough. WFM denies all time off requests you have to pleaded your case to them of why you need time off. No clear training in the beginning. More than half of what you learn isn't even used on the daily. They keep losing big clients due to empty promises in the client contracts. Very high turn over in the call center They expect you to only use the restroom on your breaks and to be "chained" to your desk at all times during your shift. They still use time cards and managers/supervisors will change your time card with out your permission.

      Pros

      - Remote position - Amazing management in the Tech Department - Easily can request PTO - Great Co-workers - Good health insurance - The best MGMT - Fun work environment - Endless opportunity to advance

      Cons

      - Low Pay for the skills required - Low 401k match - Only around 10 days PTO - Only 8-9 holidays - Benefits lacking (need stock shares, higher pay, at least 2-5 more days off - No flexibility in schedule - Not actually salaried - No monthly bonuses (unlike the travel agents) - Must travel to Atlanta every quarter - Pay raises are low in % and are yearly (however usually its more like 1.5 years with no back pay for the months worked after the year mark when you should have received a raise

You mentioned that you work for the OTS team, and agree that this is a phenomenal team that provides valuable service to our clients. Thank you for all that you do! With regards to some of the concerns you mentioned, associates do accrue 15 days of PTO per year upon hire. Many of our associates are salaried non-exempt, which means that you receive the same base earnings each pay period, but are also eligible for overtime. You may also be interested to check out your benefit profile, which will show you the complete value of your total compensation package.
