Pros

The costs for benefits are extremely low compared to other companies. PTO is also generous and begins to calculate from your first day with the company. Associates in the company are friendly and encouraging.

Cons

I don't have any negatives, I have had a great experience since joining the company.

Pros

None, they have one trainer who knows his stuff, is honet.

Cons

They preach family humans then come together to lie on good people. Don't try an help your classmates because they will tell you it's not your job. Trainers will belittle you and ignore you if you even seem to be slightly frustrated. Extremely unorganized often not knowing the answer to situations themselves. Then HR and Upper management allows this behavior. The complaints from companies are valid, you are rushed. It's surprising they are still in business operating at a corporate level, they plant employee spies in training who don't have any experience. Lots of your new hires have no corporate travel experience and it's their first job so of course you will get tons of errors. Hopefully they learn how to value everyone equally and stop lying on good people.

While we take all feedback to heart and consider what improvements we can make as a result, we also understand that not every individual is a fit for the Travel Consultant role. You have very strong opinions for someone who worked for us for two and a half weeks before taking it upon yourself to leave training mid-day, after which time you were unreachable. We believe that the bizarre claims made in your review simply do not reflect the reality of our work environment. However, we continue to refine our training program, and will reflect on how we can better select candidates who will thrive in our organization and provide exceptional service to our clients.
