      No work life balance

      Pros

      Pto is not bad but tough to get off as only a few are allowed during peak weeks (summer and holidays).

      Cons

      Alot of hours. You are Paid on a 40 hour work week but you will work 60 plus hours to try to keep up with the insane workload. Way to many metric goals, which are completely unrealistic to accomplish in a 40 hour work week. Small to no bonuses. You have to give up four months a year to travel anywhere for catastrophe duty. No balance between work and personal life.

      Pros

      Decent pay for base salary.

      Cons

      Management is generally filled with people who play the game, rather than people who have proven to be good leaders. If you want to have a peaceful time there, you'll definitely need to be able to play the corporate game as well. So, lots of "yes sir, yes ma'am" and just towing the line. Also, if you give them two weeks notice, they WILL just walk you out the door.

      Most coworkers help each other out as much as possible when one is out on vacation, out with the flu, or one just needs a little help to get caught up from a bad week.

      Cons

      High stress level, lack of planning for staffing needs, extremely high turn-over, micromanagement, favoritism, inconsistency with process and procedures between management and locations
