You can have anywhere from 150-200 claims at any given time. Unbelievable work loads and unreal expectations. Supervisors have no real advice of how to handle the loads.

Unrealistic case load. Everyone has more claims than they can effectively manage. The QA process is demoralizing and counterproductive. Product needs to realize this process is benefiting no one. Favoritism is a serious problem. Upper level management have lost touch with the realities of the desk level employee. The insureds are sold on customer service and we want to provide that service. However, CCM/MCMs are so busy the best they can do is to constantly put out fires. These jobs do not have to be this way. The perpetual turnover speaks for the issues present in the work comp department.
