They are the definition of MICROMANAGE Office set goals higher than countrywide to make them look better and only results in reps being set up to fail Disturbingly high claim volume due to inability to keep employees Pay is not great once you realize how many hours they have you working No regard for employees----only care about #'s and Travelers Keep mouth shut and do what they tell you mentality Mid management is so scared of losing jobs that they are useless--they know the goals are impossible Don't voice a negative opinion on anything or you are viewed as a trouble maker Bonus program only for Associate Managers and up(the ones already making 6 figures) Morale in office is horrendous
