The Xcel Energy Center is across the street Hard time getting days off Staff meetings consists of Supervisor relaying Management complaints and never providing workable solutions No onsite parking expect to shell out $150 a year to park in a garage 4 blocks away because they ret their parking lot to Impark No onsite cafateria Expect entry level pay no matter what your prior experience is Counter offering a job offer with a salary higher than what is offer is treated like an insult You can wear jeans but if you wear anything other than a collared shirt your supervisor warns you about it. Don't even bother requesting time off. Out of the 40 or so Techs, 2-3 techs are allowed pto per day, so I call in sick when I need a day off and expect them to be butthurt because they will be. Your family always comes second to your job. Managers for other departments and locations are always calling because escalation partners haven't touched issues that have been escalated several months prior
