Pros

Great salary it’s almost like they pay you for the bull. You get bonuses and promotions left and right if you master the skill of adjusting. Even promotions, but the top is a misogynist good ole boys club. So much racism.

Cons

the top management is a misogynist good ole boys club. Nepotism, sexism. So much racism. Nobody who is decent and was born after 90 would like it there. High turnover in claims too.

Pros

Trainings are provided. good place to start your career 21days PTO+ 2 floating holiday for new hire

Cons

Discretional bonus: a lot of people are not getting bonus and it's not depending on how well you worked but how much they like you Frequent Reorganization: three organizations in five years at my working areas. Product driven not effort driven company. New hires and young professionals are trained and leave company after several years. No work and life balance in some departments Layout and unstable environment

Pros

Coworkers are great. Pay, PTO and benefits are decent..

Cons

I thought that Travelers was a good place to work until about a year ago. They play favoritism to white and LGBT employees. The upper management team doesn’t care about anything else but numbers. If you have problems keeping up with their demands, you will be fired with no coaching or warning. I’ve watched several people lose their jobs unnecessarily because they don’t implement a proper way to retain good people. Caseloads are overwhelming. People are sick and stressed out. They don’t have enough employees to handle their customers and their reputation is starting to reflect the lack of consistency. Direct Management is not helpful and has a “every man for himself” attitude, until they need you!
