Pros

Most of the staff are committed to running elections in a fair, professional way. Ballot Technologies, Ballot by Mail, the Call Center, are all good temporary jobs. Most people are genuinely committed to help election workers and voters.

Cons

The training department needs help. Most veterans left.

Excellent work schedule and benefits. Treated respectfully while I was there.

Cons

Pay was not really great. Pay raises didn't happen when they should have (whenever there was a rise in cost of living).

Pros

The bosses & co-workers are a great team to work with. It is also cool taking of all the roads in Travis County and managing the funds to keep Travis County one of the most livable County's in the USA.

Cons

It was a great loss afterJoe Gieselman and Don Wheeler decided to leave and the special comradery within the whole of TNR went away. We used to have yearly celebrations with the whole group of TNR, allowing road maintenance workers, parks works, and upper management to all mingle together. Now we are just allowed Divisional celebrations within our own groups.
