      There is nothing positive about working here

      Cons

      Not professional and don’t know how the management team sleeps at night. Employees are overworked underpaid and under appreciated. Horrible place to be. Very little communication from the top and the Executive team is never present for their employees.

      Pros

      Can't think of too many pros. Lower level employees are fun and nice.

      Cons

      Upper management only cares about themselves and are not out for the best interest of the company. People have recently been let go for wrongful termination and if you are not part of the boys club good luck. You can work unreal amount of hours here and they will never appreciate they will only appreciate what is good for them and benefits them in the end. Would not recommend working at this company unless you want to be underpaid for the hard work you put in. Best of luck if you want to move forward working here.

      Pros

      Growing company & customers get really excited about the brand when they see it since it is still new.

      Cons

      Clicks are formed easily within departments. Double standards are made with rules depending on if the employee is liked by the right people. Rumors are always going around about other people, and some managers that have worked for the company for over ten years get to act however they want and promote who they like.
