Upper management does a bad job of career development and giving a clear path to grow. There is a growing history of misleading employees and false promises. Often put people in a position to fail. No matter how many people leave, management can't look in the mirror and always point fingers at others. It is easy to see which reviews are written by management on glassdoor. Do you homework and reach out to current/past employees before considering.

1. Management at TravisMathew has got to be one of the worst management I've ever experienced at a company. They are constantly micro-managing and interrupting your workflow every single day. Some managers are very immature and act extremely antsy. 2. Expect to have last minute changes to your project on a daily basis. 3. There is no clear communication between the leadership chain. 4. For a large company, we do not have any plastic utensils in the kitchen (which is a joke). 5. Expect a cockroach infestation during the summer because they won't hire any exterminators. 6. Some office space doesn't have any working ventilation, so expect to sweat a lot while working.
