Pros

- Rapidly growing with immense upside after the pandemic which has and will continue to create a ton of growth opportunities for employees. - Over the past few years, TM has been able to foster a culture that strongly promotes work/life balance while still maintain the entrepreneurial and scrappy mindset that created the brand. - Accessibility to execs and mgmt creating very open lines of communication which allows those willing to put in the work to be recognized and grow within the organization. - Nimble and not stuck to industry standards - from a business and cultural standpoint. The goal is always to find the best and most efficient solutions as oppose to just settling for what everyone has done at other brands. The goal is not to match "industry standard" it's to be better. Again this is applicable for the business and the culture.

Cons

- Growing pains - implementation of SAP, warehouse transition and a lot of new hires. These are all absolute necessities and create growth opportunities but new processes create some challenges as well.

Pros

TravisMathew is a fast paced work environment that thrives off of X-Functional collaboration and communication. Being a part of a growing brand with the primary focus of creating top quality product requires dedication and a strong work ethic but the pay off is worth it. TM will invest in those willing to invest in themselves and accountability is a big part of that. The employees are creative and the office is very inclusive across departments. The leadership team (especially Ryan Ellis, the CEO) is extremely passionate and hard working. It speaks volumes to see how committed the execs and leaders are in a company and how hard they work to ensure their vision is clearly communicated and individual contributors feedback is incorporated into that. Visibility and accessibility to leadership is also something that you don't see everyday and TM excels in the approachability of its leaders. There is a reason so many people are loyal and have been with the company for years. Great place to work and truly have a career. The "Boys Club" perception is a myth, women are just as likely to grow and be in positions of leadership at TM, quite a few departments are primarily women!

Cons

Work life balance can be a struggle for those involved in the more creative and fast paced areas of the business - but you put in what you get out, no one asks you to sacrifice but the ability to be rewarded for your efforts is awesome. Professional training is also an opportunity that would be well received.
