Pros

There is a ton of opportunity at this company and any hard working employee will be successful there. Your income will be directly related to your work product.

Cons

If you prefer to just show up and collect a paycheck this company is not for you.

Pros

A discount on poorly made, over priced clothes??

Cons

There was nothing more depressing than walking into that store everyday. You would constantly get yelled at, for things that were out of your control. If you tried to take charge, you were overstepping. I was promised a position that was then given away to someone else several weeks later. when the position was open again, I was promised again, but after three months of waiting, it was obvious they had no intention of keeping their word. We would be told 4 things by 4 different people, and get yelled at by the 3 we didn't listen to. Upper management could not care ANY less about the Salt Lake store. All 5 associates who were hired on when the store opened in May, had quit by August. Do not even waste your time applying. It will take 3 months to get hired into a position that barely pays above minimum wage (I had to get a second job just to make up for the low pay), and that's IF the 5 interviews all go 100% perfectly, one misstep and you're out. Be prepared to use your paycheck in the store, just to attempt to stay in their unreasonable dress code. This company puts an emphasis on "helping the employee", but will only help the employee if it also helps the higher ups. I was promised the world, and it was a struggle to even get paid on time (several paychecks were late). If upper management stopped defending itself so much, and actually focused on fixing the VERY apparent issues (all of the original staff quit in 4 months), then they could maybe accomplish something, rather than using intimidation and fear to force their employees to 'enjoy' their jobs. But in all seriousness, do not waste your time, there are many other places that pay much better, and you might actually enjoy going to work, instead of dreading it
