      1) No bonuses, bad pay, no growth opportunities and no training. 2) Boys club culture. Our president’s words during company meeting... “This is a boys club, sorry ladies!” Embarrassing. 3) Inexperienced and unprofessional executive team, managers and HR. I recently overheard a manager teasing her employee about his disability. Illegal and wrong. 4) If you challenge the culture you’ll likely be fired. They fire people left and right. 5) No work life balance. They praise those who work excessive hours and late nights. People are overworked doing 2-3 people’s jobs. I don’t recommend this place unless your a male in sales.

      Not A Great Place to Work Unless You Are Upper Management

      Pros

      The day to day employees work hard and care for one another. Occasional food trucks and summer hours are nice.

      Cons

      Complete apathy from upper management. Continual rapid growth for the company resulting in a raise freeze and the cutting of Christmas bonuses.
