Young energetic staff who cares about the brand. Great opportunity to be innovative and forward thinking. If you are entrepreneurial and a self motivated person this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Cons

I don't know if they are cons it just depends on the type of employee you are. If you are a person driven by process you will be challenged to find a grove. The company is growing fast and process is lacking. You must keep up and evolve as the company transitions from a small brand to a large one and be ok with a heavy work load. Health benefits could be better in my experience

No one is off limits and the environment is very collaborative. It’s a place I can honestly say I’m excited to get to every morning. With an entrepreneurial, genuine, work smarter not harder mindset. Cons are only going to apply to those who are not motivated. Looking for growth opportunities/career advancement? You will thrive! Just looking for a mundane job where you will get by with the bare minimum? it will likely be a struggle due to the pace at which the business is moving forward.
