Pros

- Fast growing company, so there are opportunities that might not immediately exist, depending on the role. I got professional development opportunities and received a promotion, while being here. - Great co-workers, who supported me and my growth. I still keep in touch with some of them to this day. - Laid-back environment. - Great team-building and corporate happy hour events.

Cons

- Compensation is okay but could be better. Pool tables, free coffee, discounted merch are all great but will not cultivate culture and retain good employees. Last company meeting I was at it was announced that two more paid holidays and extra week of PTO were added, so that's a start. Main reason I left TM was low pay. - Parking fills up fast. - A lot of office politics that have put my team at a disadvantage. - Upper management is a boy's club.

Pros

Upper management has been fully transparent in communication of issues during a system implementation that causes some issues and they faced it head on. Compensation is great. Upward mobility is there if you put in the work. I see a clear path to my next step in my career. Support within the role is amazing. We have support within inside sales, customer service, key accounts, corporate, regional management and on down the line. The brand speaks for itself as accounts know it and it’s usually a soft sell. Very little micro management if you take care of business. Work hard play hard is a theme. Lots of perks such as clothing, contests, opportunity to travel and work events and break up the days/weeks. If you are looking for a cakewalk this isn’t it but can be very rewarding if you put in the work.

Cons

Training could be more involved in the day to day to prepare you for the role. it’s not an 8-5 In this role and sometimes can find it difficult to shut it down for the day. Other than that no real cons to speak of

Pros

After having been at TM for close to a year, I have come to realize that your experience depends entirely on you. What you put into it is what you get out of it. It is a fast paced and challenging environment that keeps you engaged and really enables professional growth. Not only do you work hard, you get to play hard with monthly team building events, community out reach and plenty of amazing people to get to know. Hard work is noticed and rewarded. You get the feeling that leadership not only cares about the success of the company but also the experience of the employees. Bonus perks such as summer half days, company gifts/holiday parties/happy hours. 3 weeks of PTO. Even more paid time off for holidays. Flexibility and freedom to work both independently and among teams without feeling like you’re being micromanaged.

Cons

If I’m nitpicking, better health insurance plans would sweeten the pot, but honestly I can’t think of anything I have a gripe with other than the occasional grumpy coworker ;)
