      Pros

      You get paid. Free cookies & waffles when they have them. Friendships.

      Cons

      Management don't listen to you, let alone anyone beneath you. They get bonus' while we do all the work and extra hours and don't. Crappy raises, hourly employees make more than us with their hours. Culture is very down here even tho they want to focus on it.. they are not doing anything about why its so bad.

      Pushes you to think on your feet. Easy to manage.

      Cons

      Unorganized. Too political. Little to no training for incoming employees or current employees. Little involvement and motivation from a vast majority of the leadership team.
