Pros

Work here if you enjoy the cycling industry. Very good medical benefits and product discounts. The company is definitely positioning itself for future success. Great time to join the team.

Cons

There are certain divisions that have very strong leaders while other departments have very poor incompetent leaders. Some managers lack vision. Communcation across departments tends to struggle.
