upper management is VERY disconnected from product development short sited last minute decisions on the part of upper management major disconnection between sales and development the bike industry is very small most live in Madison which 25 miles from Trek HQ career growth is very limited in engineering and product development "best in class" is the mantra but doesn't seem to apply to all areas of the company
