Pros

This is the place to be if you like fitness and cycling in particular. Trek is one of the leaders in the industry, so your work is at the cutting edge of new products, latest trends, and industry practices. A well-equipped in-house gym/locker room, private MTB trail system, good road rides and run, and a culture of daily, lunchtime (a flexible window during the day) group or individual workouts really sets Trek apart from other places I've worked. Trek is growing and adopting new ideas which makes the work part of every day enjoyable as well. There are countless opportunities to push the limits and make improvements.

Cons

As with any company, your experience will vary depending on your manager and team members. I see both here at Trek. There are new practices and approaches being taken which can cause resistance and difficulty at times. Growth has been fast, and all of the different systems are not always in the best shape. But that too continues to improve.

Pros

Nice friendly place. Laid back culture. Very worker friendly

Cons

New managers are brought it from outside and not thought the TREK way. Those managers give a very bad impression of a good company to their surbordinates.
