Very corporate and you can tell they don't care about those working in their Bike Shops. Bike Shops are supposed to be about culture and bikes. I understand money has to be made but letting good people go and not paying people a cost of living raise is BS. A lot of two-faced people.

Lots of online training expected and you may actually get paid for some of it. If you work there part-time between October through March, you're constantly waiting for the axe to drop. In less than a year, I saw five employees let go because of hours. The store then overworked the full-timers when the busy season hit and they were understaffed. It's a great part-time gig if you want a sizeable discount and not money. If you're not management and a full-timer, it's not really a living wage. It's more along the lines of supplemental income.
