      Almost everything, cult like environment. Managers act like dictators. Short breaks, expect you to hit magic numbers all the time.

      Culture; people; environment; leadership, benefits (see cons however); growth (also see cons); Industry.

      Cons

      Low income to live comfortably and lack of pay raises (also for other positions aside from CS); job growth is not easy; no bonus structure (even when the company is reaching all time sales records two years in a row - like come on now!); poor vacation structure (2 weeks until you work here for 5 years).
