      Great pay for the work that you do. Very friendly people

      Cons

      Insurance is high. It gets very hot in the summer time. Other than that it's a great place to work.

      Pros

      Good people with a genuine desire to make a good product. This is across the board globally. Trelleborg is a world leader in the sealing market and it is nice to work in that environment.

      Cons

      Trelleborg is simply too big to be efficient at its own business. Quotes take several weeks, Projects just drag on. Also at the upper management level ethical decisions are generally not handled above the line. It seems that dollars are much more important that people.
