      Pros

      They have good pay and great benefits. Their insurance is priced more reasonably than any other company I've worked for. Excellent focus on employee safety

      Cons

      At times management can play favorites. That in itself can be a plus depending on your status, but the negative vastly outweighs the positive if your not in that particular managers favor

      Good people, good environment, busy, lively, easy to talk to management, interesting products, decent opportunities to advance, some very talented people

      Cons

      Rumor mill, very short sighted with investments, tight on salary increases, often hired anyone with a masters degree regardless of skill or talent
