travel, well compensated, great benefits, expenses are paid, excellent co workers, produce a quality product, encourage you to have a life outside of the workplace

Cons

the travel gets old after some time, some of the day to day routine becomes monotonous but that common in a lot of jobs. Some positions have a long line before a promotion can occur
