      management not in tune with achieving objectives at all, no accountability, customer focus is non-existent

      Pros

      the employees who do the hard, dirty work are fantastic people.

      Cons

      management does not believe the employees are useful. everything is blamed on the workers, not the bad decisions made by management.

      Don't waste your time at Trelleborg

      Pros

      Good benefits and pay with the right experience but read " right experience" - they can be elitest. TOUS does have a few good managers and I do mean FEW.

      Cons

      Bad case of cronyism. Little room for growth unless you are part of an elite inner circle. Qualified people let go and mgmt friends stay. As a manager myself, my collegues don't hold back when speaking of their friends being spared. Trelleborg allows rouge players to drive morale to the lowest depths. HR operates heavy handed and with bias - they don't allow facts to get in their way. I've lost some good people over the last year and am developing an escape plan for myself.
