Thanks for your note. We haven't laid any employees off, though. We work hard to take the best possible care of our employees and we remain committed to work through any challenges as they come so we can continue to do our best to take care of our employees, our channel partners, our consumers and the business.

Pros

*Competitive wages with OT always available. Many complain about the company because they want a participation paycheck. It’s production which means it’s hard work you want easy work go to college. *This company has full benefits and also include cold weather gear and boots. Not to mention they pay for all breaks including your lunch break. *You get vacation after 90 days and they overcompensate just to keep complaints to a minimum. *The break room is stocked with things you need such as utensils, condiments, coffee, ice oh and even with a ice cream machine when the heat is unbearable. *Emergency vacation *PT tests to get raises *Monthly bonuses *Double time pay for working certain holidays *Guaranteed 84 hrs a paycheck if you are a 12 hr employee

Cons

*It’s hot in the summer and cold in winter *many workers don’t pull their weight and are hardly held accountable for that *the way the OT is handled could use improvements *stop giving so many people authority, way too many assistances who think they are bosses

Pros

If you desperately need money, and don't care about your health and don't have kids or a life in general. Then yeah go get you some Trex! Tip: when in doubt scrap it out

Cons

Well the cliques are rough, and the kids they have been hiring will eventually get people killed. The pretending to care thing gets pretty annoying. The rumor mill is ridiculous and HR is worthless, and upper management isn't much better. Overall... could be better.
