Pros

Benefits are fair and bonuses and are plus.

Cons

If you're looking for work/life balance it's not here. They care more about themselves than the employees.

Some things to work on

Pros

Great coworkers, very respectful, high expectations. Lots of discounts, great benefits and pay. They care about their people which is rare.

Cons

Lack of communication from top to bottom causing disorganization. Slow turnaround, reactive instead of proactive. Old school mentality for some leaders ("this is how it's always been", etc) when change is needed.

Pros

-When the business is doing well generally things are pretty great for the workers -Good Bonus program -Decent managers depending on the team you work with

Cons

-Constant "pendulum" swings in how things operate (being backordered to now being caught up); the systems and processes they have in place aren't capable of having a smooth supply chain and thus creates a constant chaos in terms of work and the amount of work you'll do -While you'll have a chance to have an instant impact, a lot of work only gets a "pat on the back" or a "thanks" from management, but it won't help you out in terms of career progression. Your work doesn't speak for itself here. -Constantly have to make sure "the optics" look good to management and others while working (no headphones in while at your desk is an example) -The databases and ERP's they have are very outdated and most workers have low amounts of confidence in the data coming from them -Expectation is you're in the office 5 days a week where most other departments at Trex allow a "Hybrid" work from home situation.
