Pros

TriNet has been a great company to work for. I’ve been with them for over 2 years and never experienced a job like this. Good benefits, remote, work good with you on days off or if you need to leave early/come in late, continual free training, and love the community atmosphere. This company really embraces everyone being themselves and I’ve never seen a company truly live up to their authenticity pillar.

Cons

Can’t think of any to share at the moment.

Pros

good benefits, 6 month guarantee

Cons

Churn factory of sales reps, managers have ability to distribute leads at their own discretion. I had no mentor, SDR or MDR support, was put on a PIP 30 days after training and belittled constantly by my manager. Easily the most toxic environment I have ever experienced.

Cons

-terrible management -cut throat environment with poor culture -revolving door, high turnover rate -extremely difficult if not from industry

Pros

Since it’s an HR company, they have good benefits. Employee stock purchase program is an added bonus.

Cons

Lack of transparency with employees. Ever-changing environment. Hiring choices are frustrating. Constantly explaining what you to new hires who ultimately get burnt out and leave. Repeatedly explaining what you do to coworkers so they can “improve” process, but nothing ever comes from it. Lack of support from other teams, every man for himself, even within your own team. WEAK raises year to year. Not hiring from within. Lack of HR support. Managers retaliate if you or someone talks to HR on your behalf. Everything is urgently needed, no appreciation or validation when you go above and beyond to meet ad-hoc deadlines. No back ups/cross training, to name a few.

Pros

If you get the right mentor and make the right connections you can make a lot of money there over time. Large company with many employees that have worked there for long periods of time. You will meet some great people at TriNet.

Cons

Veteran reps have a lot of connections within the company and from their time at the company to help them achieve their number so they prospect differently than rookie reps have to (this is not a knock on them this is how things are supposed to be) the issue is that you don't have anyone that you can turn to for help to book cold meetings and build your network because successful people aren't hitting their number this way. You are expected to book cold meetings without anyone being able to help you figure out how to build your business because the way that companies are buying is different than when they did 4+ years ago. If you decide to work at TriNet go into it and soak in as much information as you can during training and do your best to create a book of business that you can reach out to when you first begin to get you through your first year. Also, be ready to spend countless hours scrubbing accounts and scouring the internet for new accounts. Reps will give you the commonly known places to find accounts but keep the information of how they are finding new accounts a secret because they don't want other people to get to the businesses not in sfdc before they do.
