Training is not all that great

Everything. Awful leadership, high turnover, no training,

They hired me to sell the product Did not tell me about the hundreds of cold calls that I would need to make Did not tell me I would split all of my deals 50/50 with my “mentor” for my first 2 years The training was pathetic, I truly wonder if the trainers ever sold anything in their life The whole company was white people, no diversity The sales CRM was outdated Was promised inbound leads and a whole team of SDRs working under us.. in reality it was 1 SDR for 10 reps. All leads were fed to the most veteran reps My Director never worked, all of the reps on my team are convinced/know that he is working two jobs. Never had time for any of us never trained anyone 1 on 1, always cancelled meetings- was the laughing stock of the Directors in the company GO TO ANY OTHER COMPANY

Awful upper management that needs to learn how to lead.

Interdepartmental relationships can make job challenging but it is never boring.

Restrictive with pricing Many changes in leadership

Training is long and can be very intense.

Terrible management, high school feeling, manager gossiped poorly about other team members, terrible and confusing culture
