Pros

There are good people and it was generally a comfortable working environment on my floor. Many of the nurses truly cared for the patients.

Cons

Will cancel a shift at any time without notice to include in the middle of the work day. Will expect you to clock out and hang around for a couple hours unpaid until another patient checks in or transfers to the floor and then clock back in when it's convenient for them. Did not provide full time hours (kept cancelling shifts) and had the audacity to complain that I owed them full time hours and hadn't worked them. Narurally it's hard to watch people suffer, but that's healthcare.
