      there is great teamwork in the department

      leadership has changed 5 times in my 7 years in the ED. Current leadership treats employees more poorly than i have ever seen. We have had 10 nurses turn in their resignations in the last 2 months

      Great staff. Manager is great as well as the supervisors.

      Cons

      Department is too small. The hospital doesn’t give raises. Not enough money put into improving the Central Sterile Department.
