Leadership was very proactive and cared about their employees. The compensation is competitive, and although my job was remote, I felt like part of a team. There were great benefits as well.

Cons

Once the contract ended, replacement was difficult.

The people are fantastic. Tria still feels like a small business. The people care about each other. Pay is fair and benefits are pretty standard, nothing to complain about.

Cons

There has been a lot of turnover during several acquisitions. This has created some chaos and can be good or bad depending on how it impacts your program or function.
