Pros

Great work/life balance. Colleague's are sweet and easily get along. Benefits are good.

Cons

Two office locations, having to travel to different offices everyday depending on the needs.

Great potential and room for growth

Pros

Tria is coming out of a period of extensive change after combining multiple legacy companies. There is great opportunity to build a new company that is greater than the sum of its parts, and which evolves to provide higher value/higher margin services to the federal government.

Cons

Extensive change can also cause extensive disruption, and we are still building new processes and systems.

Terrible Culture

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

It was a great company working at Favor TechConsulting, owned by a minority veteran woman. The culture had character, purpose, and they genuinely cared about their employees and community. Sadly, FTC was bought out by Tria Federal, and EVERYTHING changed.

Cons

There are zero women in leadership. Anyone in leadership, will not listen. If you bring concerns, they will not value them. The culture is toxic and outdated. If you are a white male who loves to golf, then you will fit right in. They took away holiday bonuses without letting their employees know this. The Tria Federal website will say that diversity and inclusion is not a buzzword, oh but it is. They have zero presentations or guest speakers on diversity and inclusion, so there for directors have zero clue about what inclusion really looks like. This review may be extremely subjective, but others agree 100%. Valued talent has left and is continuing to leave.
