Pros

Autonomous and low stress environment Diverse leadership and teamwork Agility across the organization Internal growth/advancement opportunities Great compensation commensurate with skill and experience Bonus opportunities for those who truly deliver value Supportive co-workers

Cons

Working remote/virtual can often feel a bit isolating. The organization is still in the midst of merging Softrams and Tria which often feels like we are operating as 2 separate companies versus 1. (Overall, no true cons. Tria Federal is a great company to work for and I am grateful to be a part of an organization serving Federal Agencies.)

Pros

Fully Remote and will stay that way for the foreseeable future Smart and talented bunch Always innovating and keeping up with industry trends Amazing work/life balance Great pay and benefits

Cons

Your role is tied to the contract, so job security is a bit lacking - but they are trusted in the industry and generally retain their business. Upward mobility and progression can be challenging.
