Pros

Company is fully remote and being in office is not required.

Cons

- Pay is extremely below market rate and promotions are barely a 10% increase. - Leadership does not care about its employees. Terminations have been happening as a result of govt changes but leadership rather put the blame on staff although they can’t think of a BD idea on their own. Also no severance pay was offered for those they laid off. - No onboarding process for new staff outside of HR activities. You get put on a project with no background and get told to figure it out for yourself.

Pros

Remote work if part of advisory

Cons

Previously advisory consulting services but now wants to become a software company. Lots of busy automation type initiatives just to stay relevant. Cuts will continue and current staff is assigned work with zero consideration of background/skills or workload. Slow to promotion and basically zero pay bumps

Pros

Work life balance is good, depending on what project you're on. I'm fully remote.

Cons

There have been roughly 100 people laid off from advisory services. It was safe w/Biden but Trump and DOGE caused big cuts to the entire industry
