Decent Opportunities but poor leadership

Pros

Interesting projects, challenging environments, interesting clients to work with

Cons

Project leadership can be a nightmare to work with, from micromanagement to lack of communication. Project leadership has no issue talking down to personnel and not fostering an environment of mutual respect. Project leadership does not develop any type of team environment when working with your colleagues on a project.

Pros

Decent pay and remote opportunities

Cons

They say they're flexible as long as you get your work done efficiently and don't harm others' work. This is a lie. At the very least, it used to be that way, but it's not anymore. Not only that, but when supervisors decide to retire, they won't tell you until about 4-5 days before leaving. Zero room for preparation of any kind. For a company that claims they care about your personal life and loyalty, they honestly couldn't seem to care less about either.
