-TribalScale's culture is one I've yet to experience in a workplace - the people are so open and kind which made my first week very memorable. Thought leadership is huge in the company - if you have an idea or suggestion of some sort, it's always taken into consideration. - There is always something going on, there's never a boring day. - Everyone is incredibly supportive -Cross functional collaborations - Taking risks and acknowledging failures - allows us as individuals and as a company to grow

Cons

Fully remote - pro and a con.. Would love to be in the office with my team and other teams more. However, I also really enjoy that it's remote.

Company culture is top tier. Management is always very supportive and will fight to get you what you need. work is varied and interesting. Employees have lots of say.

Cons

Remote only. No office. - this is both a pro and con. pro because remote is great, but con because no option for in office collaboration can make some things more difficult.
