Pros
I've been here for a year now and I really like the environment and the projects we have.
The company has been through hard times, and it has been difficult to recover from that for sure. However, I feel that everyone on the team has taken this opportunity to put more effort and showed preseverence to ease us out of this difficult period. Definitely a lot of learnings for me as well.
I wanted to write about this because what I value the most is the people I work with, those that bounce back from an undoubtedly difficult situation. That is one of the reasons that I'm here.
We'd love to meet more people with the same passion that we put in our everyday. If you are interested I would suggest you talk to someone who is currently working here to get a better understanding, because I think we have been through a lot of positive changes.

Technical stuff
What we are doing in my current team:
- We do BDD
- We do TDD
- We do pair programming
- We use functional programming
- We favor composition over inheritance
- We focus on the interface and not on the implementation
- We believe in the unix phylosophy => creating large programs with smaller components that do one thing very good
- We believe in continuous integration
- We use git in the terminal (yeah)
- We use only vim (...I'm joking, but vim rules!)
Wow, and magically our application are loosely coupled with lots of tests and happiness. We want to sleep GOOD at night!
We are open minded, this is not a fight between ours is better and yours is not. We convince with facts.

Anyway, I think this is the best time to work at Tribalscale. Resurrecting from the ashes and building fresh and nice products.
Cons
- Pair programming may not be for everybody
- still some startup pains
- Agency life is fast paced
