The culture at TribalScale is amazing. Everyone is a lot of fun to work with and the fact that they use pair programming means you get to learn a lot. They usually pair every co-op with someone who has a lot of expertise in the technology used for that project.

Cons

The salary is generally the average for each work term for the different programs according to the University of Waterloo CECA website.
