6yHello, we are very disappointed to hear that your takeaway experience working with us here at TribalScale was not a positive one. We strive each and everyday to encourage the personal and professional growth of our employees - so their well-being is a top priority. Creating an environment that supports work-life balance for our employees has been an especially important priority our leadership team works on. We encourage this by having daily stand-ups and open floor discussions with our teams to check in on their workload, what is and isn’t working, and how we can better support them, among many other weekly initiatives. Our hours are 9 to 5, so our employees can achieve a healthy work-life-balance. We’re also disappointed that your experience with our CEO was not a positive one. Our CEO is constantly prioritizing our team's well-being, and strives to enforce this healthy environment through hosting weekly Ask-Me-Anythings and open floor discussions.
