They work hard on making it as much of a community as possible with a full day class on the expectations they have for the work culture and collaboration between colleagues. They have a positive approach to healthcare and keeping the patient the primary focus.

Cons

Management can be too outcomes focused and miss the needs of the individual employees and their unique circumstances to make their abilities truly shine. Productivity is sometimes valued over quality of effort.

Great people to work with except for the Senior Leadership Team and it's useless board.

Cons

It is a sad place to work now that new management has taken the company over and ran it for his own benefit and not that of the community. There are many things going on beneath the surface ..... used to be an amazing place to work, with a great mission for promoting exceptional healthcare for the poor and the sister's ran the organization. Not so anymore
